You never know what your going to see at the annual SEMA show. You might get a glimpse at the future, or see some amazing tricked out versions of your favorite cars. Just like this badass Hyundai Veloster that was displayed this year.

Chicago’s Blood Type Racing created this insane beast by starting with the Veloster Turbo R-Spec, which is powered by a 201-hp 1.6 liter turbo four-cylinder. They put in new cylinder sleeves, a high-boost Garrett turbocharger, custom connecting rods, and a few other mods that resulted in more than 500 horsepower! Yes, you read that correctly. More than 500 horsepower from just 1.6 liters.

Blood Type Racing didn’t stop the customization there: they widened the fenders with a wide-body kit, a full skirt of spoilers, and slapped on a wing off the roof. To tie everything together, they put a bright red racing stripe down the middle to accent the red “demon eye” headlights. Don’t expect many features on the inside though. As with many customs, this Veloster is pretty much just seats, gauges, and a roll cage.
Unfortunately, this baby is a one of a kind and not for sale. So unless you have some connections with Blood Type Racing, you're out of luck.
