Getting your car stolen is never an easy pill to swallow. Not only are you thinking your car is gone forever, you have to think about everything you left inside of it when it was taken. Imagine your car is stolen right now. You most likely will call the cops first, and they will ask you to describe your car. Now, you know exactly what your car looks like, but not many people else know. This whole situation could be handled a little easier if you just had one picture of your car, right? This is the issue that Zaira Salazar recently faced.
Salazar went on to social media to help spread the word of her stolen Nissan truck, but without a picture of her truck, her followers didn’t know what they would be searching for. Without an actual photograph of her truck to show, Salazar did the next best thing — she sketched a drawing of her truck. Unfortunately, the sketch wasn’t very good. Even with the poor drawing, Salazar’s post went viral.

Many of the responses to her post weren’t very helpful at first — they mainly were photoshopped images of the poorly drawn truck in different locations — but it picked up enough steam for the unthinkable to happen. The truck was found! Yes, this stolen pick-up truck was recovered thanks to the help of a terrible drawing. Moral of the story: if enough people are looking for something, it’s bound to get found. Actually, the moral of the story is to take a least one photo of your vehicle in case this happens to you!
