You may already know how your suspension works, but you’ve probably never seen it in action! This video shows a Ford Ranger that’s been outfitted with a camera that frames on the shocks as well as one inside the cabin.

The truck is filmed driving over a bumpy roadway, a highway, stop and go traffic, and speed bumps. Surprisingly, the truck sports its original 14 year-old shocks that have bumped over 125,000 miles. The shocks are then tested against brand new Monroe Sensa-Trac to show the difference between old and new. Seeing the actual toll shocks take is eye-opening. After watching this, you might want to update the old shocks on your car!
